The Homer Laughlin Cavalier Eggshell china pattern was made in Newell, West Virginia, USA. The Cavalier China Pattern was introduced in 1953 and produced through the 1970’s. It was designed by Don Schreckengost to meet a need for a more formal shaped dinnerware, similar to the Eggshell Georgian and Eggshell Nautilus shapes.
